The Amazima School

Last year, Legacy Collective awarded Amazima Ministries  a 30k grant to help build the Amazima school learning lab. Over 50% of the population of Uganda is under 18 years old. This school gives us an incredible opportunity to provide a very thorough and high level Christian education to approximately 500 secondary school students a year. Amazima School graduates will be the future leaders of Uganda.

The Amazima School will provide a secondary educational experience and environment that will develop critical thinking (formal and informal logic), entrepreneurial ideas, Godly ambition, strong communication skills (rhetoric), and most importantly, an understanding that each student is an image bearer of God Himself and infinitely valuable.

It has been 6 months since the grant was initially given to Amazima Ministries and now the school is almost finished. We are thrilled to have been a part of this journey with Amazima Ministries. The work they are doing in Uganda is invaluable. Pictures of the Amazima School can be found here. Be sure to follow Amazima Ministries on Facebook and Instagram to keep up with the work they are doing in Uganda.
