How It All Began

From Inspired Ideas to Making a Global Impact

The inspiration for Legacy Collective began in 2015 and centered around the question of how could we affect real change?

From those initial conversations and that first backyard gathering, the idea would spark. What if there was a nonprofit organization that could amplify individual giving? And what if that nonprofit operated transparently and focused on building community — all while addressing core systemic issues?

In the years since, that’s exactly what Legacy Collective has created. Today, we work to solve systemic issues by funding the most sustainable, innovative efforts through partnerships with nonprofit organizations locally and globally.

TOGETHER, WE'RE CREATING A LEGACY

Over $7 Million Raised

Since that first meeting, we’ve raised more than $7 million allowing us to allocate 189 grants through our Giving Circles globally. Legacy Collective’s transparent model ensures individuals can confidently give, knowing every nonprofit has been thoroughly vetted.
