We are excited to announce that we are granting another $10,000 to Love Does from the Afghanistan Relief Fund!  This brings our total granted to $165,000 to help those inside Afghanistan as well as Afghan refugees.

Love Does has been fighting for human rights, caring for the vulnerable and providing education to children in conflict zones for over 15 years. They built a school in Afghanistan and are bringing tremendous hope to the faces of these students!

Due to the conflict in Afghanistan, many families had to flee their homes, halting kids’ education in the process. Their hope in building this school is to give these families the community and stability they deserve while also creating a place of fun and learning for their students. A portion of these funds will help provide necessities to get to the Love Does team, families, and children on the ground in Afghanistan with needs for the winter months.

A portion of these funds will also support over 500 Afghan refugees in the San Diego area that the Love Does team are working with in a multitude of ways from food, to clothing, to shelter.
