BOARD OF ADVISORS

Anne Barron

After moving around the world to various countries after high school, living on a small island with the Kuna Indians for a year, moving to Swaziland, Africa for a year, and exploring as much of the world as possible, Anne found her passion for education. She came home and completed her degree in Elementary Education at Clemson University before moving to Baltimore, MD to teach. During that time Anne completed a degree from Johns Hopkins University in Urban Education and Special Education. Anne is passionate about closing the gaps of inequity in schools and in society. She believes that we are strongest and at our best in diversity. Anne and her wife recently moved back to the east coast where she’s excited to settle as they start their family. Anne is currently employed with San Jose Unified Schools.
