Grant Recipient Update: Building Hope in the City

weekly update

for October 29, 2020

Building Hope in the City is excited to announce that they have made great progress towards their Digital Life and Learning Labs which will help bridge the digital divide for low-income refugee and immigrant families in Cleveland. Though Covid has delayed some renovation plans, they continue to make amazing progress. So far, they have been able to purchase chromebooks and upgrade internet connectivity throughout the whole building. Their progress has allowed refugee and immigrant communities to have access to important programs such as ESL and citizenship classes for adults and schoolwork assistance and tutoring for school-aged students.

Thank you again to the donors in our Legacy Giving Circles whose support made this life-changing project possible! The impact you have had on the lives of the immigrant and refugee communities they serve is immeasurable! Learn more about Building Hope in the City:
