We are excited to announce our Florida Relief Fund Grant Recipient!

Thanks to our generous Florida Relief Fund donor community, Hope Partnership is receiving another $5,000 grant towards making a collective impact in Florida. This now brings our Florida Relief effort to a total of $25,000 in grants given!

Hope Partnership aims to provide a holistic continuum of care in order to end homelessness and poverty in Central Florida. Hope Partnership is working with the unhoused and those in temporary housing in their community to ensure they are safely housed following the storm during rebuilding efforts.
